The  ‘live’ online design area of the web site requires purchase to gain password entry. reserves the right to withdraw password privileges and to deny access to the web site to any person. Passwords are specific to each customer and are non-transferable. You accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account or password.

You must not use the web site in any way that might cause, or is likely to cause, the web site, or access to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way.

You are responsible for any and all electronic communication sent from your computer to us.

The Product and Service

All sizes and measurements detailed on the web site and in promotional literature are approximate

Every effort has been made to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the web site.  However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your own computer system, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a product with precisely the same colours as your monitor showed.  All products have been fairly described and the dimensions and details given are approximate only.  We make every effort to ensure that all promotional material content, including that of the web site, is correct at the time of going to production. We reserve the right to alter product, service and/or pricing details at any time prior to order confirmation.

Order submission

An order is placed at the time the customer confirms payment for a product to

The order confirmation email sent by represents our acceptance of your offer to purchase a product and signifies contractual relations have begun.

Once an order has been confirmed, the customer will receive access to the ‘live’ online design area of the web site and will have until 14 days prior to the event to submit their final design.  In the event of non-submission, will attempt to contact the customer in order to ascertain the status of the final design and to begin production.

In the case of non-submissions and late submissions of designs, will attempt to satisfy the requirements of the original order but shall not be held liable for late or non-delivery or for any product defects directly linked to the late/non-submission.

Refunds and Cancellations

Once an order has been placed via the web site and payment confirmed it is not possible to cancel the order without forfeiting the purchase price already paid.  This is due to the personalised and hand finishing element of our table plans hence they cannot be resold or recycled.

In the unlikely event that a product is delivered late or damaged and is therefore not able to be displayed at your wedding, will provide the customer with a refund up to a maximum value of the sale value of the product purchased. However, please note that if an item is damaged in transit you must sign for the goods as damaged on delivery to receive a full refund.   If the goods are signed for in ‘Good Condition’ without being checked by the receiver but then later found to be damaged we are unable to offer a refund.  Please inform us immediately if you do receive a damaged product(s) so that we can endeavour to prioritise and reproduce the product(s) and send the replacement(s) in time for your wedding. will however not be held responsible or liable for failure to supply a product under these terms and conditions if the failure is directly related to an event or effect that can be neither anticipated nor controlled by either party, specifically acts of nature.


The correct product price is that as described live on the web site at any time and is confirmed at the final order confirmation stage before payment is requested.


All payments made to are taken online via PROTX, a reputable secure e-commerce payment solution. Every effort is made to ensure the security of the customer’s private information and accepts no liability for losses or any misuse of personal information provided by you during the payment process unless through our own negligence.

Risk and Property

At the point the customer takes receipt of the product, all ownership and risk transfers to them. In the case of a partner venue receiving a product, the risk transfers to the venue until which time the customer can be deemed to be in possession.

Confidentiality and Information Management

All personal information collected by will remain confidential. We will not sell your details to other companies nor make use of your details for any use other than those directly related to delivering a quality service relative to the product purchased.

These terms and conditions are not intended, in any manner or form, to interfere with the statutory rights of the consumer.
