1. Ordering

By placing an order with Wedding Table Plans, you agree to be bound by these terms. All products are custom-made; therefore, please ensure all spelling and table arrangements are double-checked prior to submission.

2. Payment

Full payment is required before your design proofs are sent. We accept all major payment methods securely. We do not store financial information on our servers.

3. Delivery and Shipping

Our standard turnaround time is 7 working days from the approval of your final proof. Delivery timelines are estimates and provided by our third-party courier partners.

4. Returns and Cancellations

Due to the bespoke nature of our table plans, we cannot offer refunds for items that have been printed and dispatched unless they are faulty. Please notify us of any damages within 48 hours of receipt.
