Place an order online

Place your order online, and email the basic info required to create your table plan to support@weddingtableplans.com. The information required to create the initial styling is:

  1. Title information eg ‘Mr and Mrs….’ or ‘ John and ….” , wedding date and venue (if required)
  2. A rough idea of table layout/formation, ie ‘top table, 4, 3’
  3. Special requests ie tables as squares/circles, colour(s) you may like to feature to blend with your wedding theme
  4. The confirmed guest list can be emailed nearer the wedding (up to two weeks) .

Proofs

Step 1: On receipt of your information a full set of proofs of your order will be emailed to you along with a proof checking guide to assist you in checking the proofs for omissions and errors.

Step 2: Email any minor FINAL amends you require, in one email.

Step 3: A second set of final proofs will then be emailed for approval. If any further amends are required after 2 proofs have been issued there is a fee of £10 to edit and resupply proofs, as it is a timely process.

**Please Note**

Errors can occur when transferring guest details and other information from your documents into the design, we are only human after all. For this reason we provide a minimum of 2 proofs and it is therefore your responsibility the proofs are checked thoroughly before going into production. You are solely responsible for checking each and every detail on the proofs, this includes spellings and omissions.  Nothing goes into production until we receive full approval from you.

Timeframes

Turnaround varies for each order, depending on the design required and how prompt you are replying to proofs.
If your guest list is confirmed and the table plan is a standard design turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks from order, design, through to delivery.

Are you keen to order but would like to see your chosen design or bespoke idea in your wedding colours, table layout, and featuring your images (if applicable)?

For a deposit of £35 the layout and design of the table plan and optional matching stationery can be created.

This is a popular choice for many customers who wish to order in advance of their wedding as the design element is all confirmed weeks in advance of the big day so that all that is required a few weeks before the wedding is the confirmed guest list.  The deposit is deducted from the final balance of your order which is then due on receipt of your confirmed guest list.   Proofs are emailed throughout the process.  High res proofs are emailed on payment of the balance.
